Terms of Service

Welcome to Casavella. These terms govern your use of the casavella.app website and the Casavella mobile app (launching soon on Google Play), made by Aurelium Labs LLC. By using either, you agree to them.
1. What Casavella is (and isn't)
Casavella helps you organize home maintenance: schedules, reminders, records, and documents. Its task suggestions and how-to notes are general information, not professional advice.
2. Your account
The app works without an account; creating one (email or Google sign-in) enables cloud sync. Keep your sign-in method secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Casavella.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Casavella Premium is offered as a subscription: $6.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 14-day free trial. Prices may vary by region and are shown in Google Play before you subscribe.
- Billing is handled by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Play subscriptions settings; cancelling during the trial means you won't be charged.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
4. Your content
The data you put into Casavella — home details, tasks, photos, documents — is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, sync, and display it back to you. See the Privacy Policy for how it's handled and how to delete it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to break or probe our systems, no reselling the service, and no uploading content you have no right to store.
6. Our property
The Casavella app, name, logo, and content (excluding your data) belong to Aurelium Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
7. Disclaimers
Casavella is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't warrant that reminders will always be delivered — device settings and platform behavior can affect notifications.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelium Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including property damage or costs arising from performed or missed maintenance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Casavella and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelium Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.
11. Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and flag it in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
