I rent — is it still useful?
Yes. Renters still own the smoke-detector tests, filter changes, and "where is that lease?" problems. Casavella's setup adapts to what you're actually responsible for.
Do I need my appliance manuals and paperwork?
No. The setup works from simple questions anyone can answer. Paperwork you do have can go in the Vault — photograph it once and stop keeping a "junk drawer of important things."
Will you sell my data?
No. Casavella is a paid app — you're the customer, not the product. Your home's details exist to generate your plan, nothing else.
