Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026
The short version: your home's data belongs to you. We collect only what Casavella needs to work, we never sell it, and you can delete it — all of it — whenever you want.
Who we are
Casavella is a home-maintenance app made by Aurelium Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers the casavella.app website and the Casavella mobile app (launching soon on Google Play).
What we collect on this website
- Waitlist email. If you join the launch waitlist, we store the email address you enter, along with the page it came from. We use it for exactly what we said: telling you when Casavella launches. Ask us at contact@aureliumlabs.ai and we'll remove it.
The website itself uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
What the app collects
- Account details (optional). Casavella works without an account. If you create one (email or Google sign-in), we store your email address so your data can sync and be restored on a new device.
- The home data you enter. Your home profile (type, age, region), maintenance tasks and schedules, appliance details, service history, and any documents or photos you add to the Vault. This is the product — we store it so the app can do its job, and for no other reason.
- Purchase status. Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive subscription status (active/expired) via our billing provider, RevenueCat. We never see your card number.
Casavella shows no ads and sells no data. Reminders are delivered as notifications scheduled on your device.
How we use your information
- To run the app: generating your maintenance plan, syncing your data, sending the reminders and optional digest emails you turn on.
- To answer support requests you send us.
- Nothing else. No selling, no renting, no advertising profiles.
Where it lives and how it's protected
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, and is encrypted in transit. Access rules ensure your data is readable only by your account.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the app work: Supabase (database & storage), Google Play (billing), RevenueCat (subscription management), and our email provider for messages you've opted into. Each receives only what it needs. We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as you use Casavella. Deleting your account (in the app: You → Delete account, or see the deletion page) permanently removes your account and all home data — rows, documents, and photos — from our servers.
Children
Casavella is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
