Delete your account & data

Deleting your Casavella account permanently removes your account and everything in it from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Casavella and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted from our servers.

Or request deletion by email

Email contact@aureliumlabs.ai with the subject "Delete my Casavella account", from the email address on your account. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your home profiles, maintenance tasks, and schedules
• Appliance and system records, and service history
• All Vault documents and photos stored on our servers

What we can't delete

• Google Play billing records are held by Google under its own policies — cancel any active subscription in Play's subscription settings (deleting the account does not cancel a Play subscription).
• Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. tax records of purchases), retained only as long as the law requires.

On the waitlist but not a user?

If you only joined the launch waitlist on this site, email contact@aureliumlabs.ai and we'll remove your address.
